| 520 | _aRésuméCet article propose une démarche exploratoire visant à comparer, à l’aide d’une grille de lecture psychanalytique, trois formes de processus psychothérapique : psychanalytique, systémique et cognitif-comportemental.Trois situations de consultation en rapport avec un conflit conjugal ont été attribuées à trois psychothérapeutes formés chacun dans l’un des modèles étudiés. Une transcription de l’entretien a été effectuée afin de permettre d’étudier comment chaque professionnel traite la demande du patient en rapport avec le conflit conjugal narré par ce dernier.Du point de vue de la théorie des relations d’objet et de la notion d’étayage objectal, il est possible de mettre en évidence des options stratégiques clairement différentes entre les trois thérapeutes, notamment dans la manière de prendre position par rapport aux dimensions intersubjective, interpersonnelle ou cognitive du conflit conjugal décrit par le patient.Les implications de cette démarche exploratoire sur le plan thérapeutique et de la recherche sont discutées. | ||
| 520 | _aThis study uses a psychoanalytic grid to discuss and compare psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to psychotherapy. Three cases in investigation, all consulting for marital conflict, are presented. A passage of a session is exposed and analysed for each case. According to the Object Relations Theory and in particular the notion of objectal support, it is possible to distinguish different strategic options for each therapist in terms of intersubjective, interpersonal or cognitive dimensions of the marital conflict. Implications for clinical practice and research are discussed. | ||
