520			_aRésuméLa gestion de la consommation de drogues dures demeure un phénomène grandement caché. Dépasser cette profonde hypocrisie présuppose de considérer la consommation continue non problématique comme phénomène ordinaire, sans toutefois se vouloir apologie ni même caution d’une telle pratique, pour appréhender les modalités de gestion de la consommation d’héroïne et/ou de cocaïne et d’en dégager les logiques sous-jacentes. Deux questions charpentent dès lors ce texte. Primo, qu’est-ce que gérer ? Secundo, que pourrait être un soutien à la gestion dans l’offre institutionnelle de lutte contre la toxicodépendance ?
520			_aThe management of hard-drug consumption is still a largely hidden phenomenon. Going beyond this deep-seated hypocrisy requires consideration, though not vindication or support, of continuous non-problematic consumption as an ordinary occurrence, in order to understand both how the consumption of heroin and/or cocaine can be managed and what the underlying reasons are. Thus, this text is constructed around two questions. Firstly, what is the meaning of management? Secondly, what management support could be provided by the institutions already involved in the fight against drug dependency?
