520			_aIl s’agit ici d’envisager la dimension familiale de l’alcoolodépendance à travers des repères conceptuels émanant à la fois de travaux d’obédience psychanalytique et systémique. La théorie du lien en psychanalyse appliquée au groupe familial permettra de penser la problématique du sujet alcoolodépendant. Seront également définies la notion de codépendance mise au jour dans le dysfonctionnement familial alcoolique ainsi que différentes règles familiales dysfonctionnelles permettant de saisir la dynamique du système familial alcoolique. Une vignette clinique rendra compte du travail effectué avec les familles dans une institution de soins en addictologie.
520			_aThe family connection in the alcoholic problemThis article considers the family dimension of alcohol dependence through conceptual references emanating from works on both psychoanalytic and systemic obedience. The theory of a link in psychoanalysis is applied to the family group, as part of the problematic of the alcohol-dependent subject. The notion of co-dependence is updated in relation to alcoholic family dysfunction and various dysfunctional family rules are defined, allowing a grasp of the dynamics of the alcoholic family system. A clinical vignette reports on work with families in an addiction care facility.
