| 520 | _aRésuméCet article propose une analyse théorique des instances où le transfert des organisations limites est marqué par des allusions à une demande ambiguë d’amour « réel » et de gratification sexuelle. L’accent est mis sur les enjeux contre-transférentiels et les avenues d’intervention possible. En particulier, une histoire de cas est présentée et permet d’introduire une définition des concepts clés. Les facteurs développementaux associés au transfert érotique ou érotisé ainsi que les facteurs reliés au thérapeute sont explorés. Enfin, les significations possibles du transfert amoureux sont présentées. Cet article vise à approfondir la compréhension du phénomène du transfert amoureux chez les patients présentant une organisation limite de la personnalité et d’élargir les pistes d’intervention envisagées. | ||
