520			_aRésuméLa question de l’interculturel émerge dans la pratique du clinicien et de tout professionnel de l’accueil, de l’accompagnement et du soin. A chaque rencontre où elle se pose à lui, le dénominateur commun est une sorte d’« urgence » à être et à faire face, que le contexte de travail lui soit familier (cadre de travail habituel) ou non (intervention à l’étranger).Mais cette interculturalité éprouvée est-elle vraiment une particularité, voire une spécificité de la rencontre (accueillant/accueilli) avec un sujet migrant ?Nous revisitons cette question de l’interculturalité avec la dynamique :d’une interculturalité sociale renvoyant à l’hétérogénéité des codes socioculturels mis en jeu ou supposés comme tels ;et/ou d’une interculturalité psychique référée à la radicale étrangeté à soi-même éprouvée par le praticien, qui est réactualisée dans ses rencontres avec l’accueilli.C’est sous l’angle du rapport à l’étranger (hors et en soi), du rapport à l’autre et à l’Autre du praticien que nous développons cette question de l’interculturalité dans la rencontre. Cet aller et retour théorico-pratique renouvelle la clinique du quotidien. Il permet d’envisager de manière novatrice les difficultés rencontrées par le praticien et les dispositifs (supervision, analyse des pratiques) à promouvoir pour lui permettre d’en dégager les ressources et les applications de terrain.
520			_aIntercultural issues emerge in the course of the practice of all clinical psychologists and of all social and care professionals. Every time the issue arises, the common denominator is a sort of « emergency » – it is urgent to be and to deal with the situation, whether the context is familiar (the professional’s usual working circumstances) or unfamiliar (practice abroad).But is what is experienced as interculturality really particular to, or even specific to the encounter with a migrant ?We take a new look at this issue of interculturality with an approach :based on a social interculturality, considering the heterogeneity of the socio-cultural codes actually or supposedly coming into play ;and/or based on psychological interculturality referred to the radical strangeness to oneself felt by the practitioner, which is brought to the fore in his or her encounters with the person received.We develop this issue of interculturality within the encounter, from the angle of the relationship with the stranger (within oneself and outside) and the practitioner’s relationship with others and with the Other. This theoretical-practical to and fro renews day-to-day clinical practice. It throws new light on the difficulties met by the practitioner and the various measures (supervision, analysis of practice) to be encouraged in order to allow him or her to extract from those difficulties, resources and hands-on applications.
