| 520 | _aLa pérennité constitue une préoccupation légitime de toute organisation. L’Association Sportive Universitaire Lyonnaise (ASUL) connaît une phase de restructuration destinée à renforcer sa professionnalisation, maîtriser sa croissance et intégrer de nombreux changements (diversification, déménagement, etc.). Face à ce constat, l’ambidextrie, forme de design organisationnel et habileté particulière dont il faudrait doter les organisations, consiste à trouver un équilibre entre exploitation et exploration. En s’appuyant sur le cas de cette association sportive en développement, nous tenterons de démontrer que le renforcement de la capacité d’une organisation à devenir ambidextre, notamment sous sa forme contextuelle, s’avère déterminante pour réduire les risques et ainsi favoriser sa pérennité | ||
