520			_aL’article traite d’une forme particulière d’inhibition à l’adolescence. Il s’agit d’un processus contre-évolutif qui ampute l’ensemble des mouvements adolescents, favorisant l’apparition de somatisations, souvent de nature auto-immune, plus ou moins concomitantes aux transformations pubertaires. Ces désorganisations graves au seuil de l’âge adulte sont étudiées avec l’aide des outils théoriques développés par l’Ecole Psychosomatique de Paris. Un exemple clinique d’une adolescente de 15 ans atteinte d’une pelade complète illustre ce type d’impasse développementale, sur fond de trauma précoce et de formation d’une prématurité du Moi.
520			_aThe article is about a particular form of inhibition at adolescence. It is due to counterevolutive process that cutes off the whole adolescent mouvement. It allows somatic illness to appear, often auto-immune, it is concomitant with the transformations of puberty. These severe disorganizations on the threshold of adult life are studied with the aid of theoretical tools developped by the psychosomatic school of Paris. The clinical example of a 15 year old girl suffering from total alopecia illustrates this form of developmental breakdown on a background of early trauma and premature ego-formation.
