Pour comprendre ces trajectoires, quatre propositions sont formulées autour de la carrière formelle, informelle, non formelle et non informelle. L’étude qualitative est basée sur des entretiens auprès de 29 femmes entrepreneures. Les résultats révèlent les comportements carriéristes de ces femmes : la stabilité dans le formel ; la stabilité dans l’informel ; la migration vers l’informel des femmes du secteur formel et la migration vers le formel des femmes de l’informel. Ils soulignent quatre trajectoires dans un continuum formel-informel et ouvrent la discussion sur des motivations entrepreneuriales autres que la nécessité et l’opportunité. | ||
