| 520 | _aDans ce travail de recherche, nous avons adopté deux grandes théories appartenant chacune à un domaine scientifique différent. La première est celle du contrat psychologique, abordant la relation de l’emploi de manière très fine et approfondie, et la deuxième est celle de la résilience organisationnelle originaire du domaine de la physique et transposée au domaine des sciences de gestion. En effet, les différents concepts développés tout au long de notre recherche permettent d’établir des liens forts entre les deux théories.Appliquée au domaine du management, la résilience serait la capacité d’une ou plusieurs personnes à gérer une situation difficile durant laquelle les personnes passent forcément par des processus fondamentaux basés sur la construction collective du sens menant à l’engagement organisationnel. Ces processus ont été facilement localisables à travers le prisme du contrat psychologique. | ||

The first one is the psychological contract approaching the relation of employment, and the second one is the organisational resilience which belong to the field of physics and transposed to the field of management sciences. The different concepts developed in this research make it possible to draw up relationship between the two theories. So applied to the field of management, organisational resilience would be the capacity of one or more people to manage a difficult situation during which the person passes by fundamental processes based on collective sensemaking and organisational commitment.
