520			_aThe objective of this contribution is to test the hypothesis that an articulation between the notions of well-being and performance in the context of open tertiary spaces is conditionally possible. In order to support this hypothesis, we will present a review of the literature and then, in order to underline its dynamics, we will illustrate it through the presentation of notable and significant spatial episodes that followed one another between the end of the 19th century and the contemporary period in its post-pandemic perspective.
520			_aL’objectif de cette contribution consiste à mettre à l’épreuve l’hypothèse selon laquelle une articulation entre les notions de bien-être et de performance dans le cadre d’espaces tertiaires ouverts est conditionnellement possible. De manière à étayer cette hypothèse nous nous appuierons sur une revue de la littérature, puis de manière à souligner sa dynamique nous l’illustrerons à travers l’exposé d’épisodes spatiaux notables et significatifs qui se sont succédé entre la fin du XIXe siècle et la période contemporaine dans sa perspective post-pandémique.
