Puis il revient sur la façon dont le tirage au sort est ici utilisé comme outil de dépassement de la conflictualité sociale en contexte de crise politique, en revenant notamment sur la signification que lui donnent ses concepteurs et ses liens au discours néomanagérial. Enfin, il analyse l’échec relatif du dispositif islandais – son abandon par le Parlement et sa transformation en objet de luttes partisanes – au regard de ces mêmes données.
520			_aThis paper first examines what constitutes the sources of inspiration for the Icelandic National Forum and the constitutional process. Then it discusses the way in which the political lottery was used here as a tool for overcoming social conflictuality in the context of a deep political crisis, reviewing in particular the meaning given to it by its creators and its links with neomanagerial discourse. Finally, it analyzes the relative failure of the process, its withdrawal by the Parliament and its transformation into an object of partisan struggle.
