520			_aLe but de ce travail est de s’interroger sur la contribution de la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises à leur Performance Financière. Les données utilisées sont issues d’une enquête par questionnaire auprès des entreprises (106 observations) sélectionnées par choix raisonné. L’outil statistique est la régression multiple et la qualité de management est utilisée comme variable de contrôle. Une analyse en composantes principales nous a permis de montrer que la PFE est unidimensionnelle alors que la RSE a trois dimensions à savoir la Responsabilité Economico-Légale ( REL), la Responsabilité Environnementale ( REV) et la Responsabilité Ethiquo-Philanthropique ( REP). L’étude permet d’observer l’influence positive de la RSE sur la PFE, dans tous les cas, adopter un comportement responsable n’implique pas un profit plus faible.
520			_aThe objective of this work is to question about the contribution of the Social Responsibility of the Enterprises to their Financial Performance. The data used resulted from an investigation through the questionnaire administered to a sample of enterprises (106 observations) selected by the convenience sampling method. The statistical tool used is the multiple regression technics and the quality of management is used like variable of control. An analysis of data using Principal Component enabled us to show that the FPE is unidimensional whereas the SRE has three measures that are : Economic and legal responsibility of the Enterprise (ELRE), the Environmental Responsibility (ER) and the Ethic and philanthropic responsibility (EPR). The survey permits to observe the positive influence of the SRE on the FPE, in any case, adopting a responsible behavior doesn’t imply a weaker profit.
