Pour sortir le système bancaire de ses contreperformances, il faut l’amener à savoir : (1) se prémunir du risque ; (2) et permettre aux entreprises de garantir la bancabilité de leurs projets. | ||

The economic system considers loans as a fundamental lever, a path toward the improvement of the gross domestic product. In this framework, the case study of the Congolese economy reveals an unprecedented situation characterized by a banking sector that has excess liquidities which are not used, at the time when the real economy of the Republic of Congo is facing serious financing problems.
