520			_aL’objet de cette étude est de contribuer à évaluer les besoins financiers induits par le fonctionnement du cycle d’exploitation des PME du secteur commercial et industriel de Brazzaville. Pour évaluer le niveau moyen du besoin en fonds de roulement d’exploitation, nous avons utilisé, dans cet article, un instrument de gestion prévisionnelle : la méthode des temps d’écoulement fondée sur les délais d’écoulement des actifs et passifs cycliques d’exploitation. Cette méthode permet une mesure, à la fois, plus dynamique et prospective. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que le cycle d’exploitation des PME de Brazzaville génère un besoin en fonds de roulement normatif positif, un besoin cyclique qu’il convient de financer pour leur fonctionnement normal. Á partir de ces résultats, nos PME pourraient, de façon prévisionnelle, envisager des actions à entreprendre sur les composantes du besoin en fonds de roulement d’exploitation en vue d’améliorer leur situation financière.
520			_aThe study aims at contributing to the economically measurement of the financial needs from the running of the operating cycle of SMEs in the commercial and industrial sector of Brazzaville. To measure the average level of the operating cycle’s need, we applied a tool of normative budgetary control base on the delay of the liabilities cyclic and assets flow of the operating cycle. This method made both a more dynamic and prospective measure possible. The findings show that the operating cycle of the SME in Brazzaville generates a positively about normative need of the operating cycle to be financed for its normal functioning. Following the results to these SMEs may foreseen and take actions on the very details of the needs of capital fund in order to improve their financial situation.
