520			_aRésumé Un four de potier, daté de la fin du xiv e ou du début du xv e siècle, a été partiellement fouillé à l’occasion d’un diagnostic réalisé en juin et juillet 2006 à Thérouanne, rue Saint-Jean. C’est la première fois qu’une activité de production céramique est attestée au cœur de la ville fortifiée. La caractérisation des groupes de pâtes et l’étude morphologique de l’ensemble céramique issu du comblement de la structure de cuisson permettent d’esquisser un premier profil des productions locales au bas Moyen Âge.
520			_aA Mediaeval Potter’s Workshop in the Heart of the Fortified City of Thérouanne A potter’s kiln in Thérouanne, dating back to the late xivth or the early xvth century, was partially excavated in June and July 2006 on the rue Saint-Jean. This is the first time that pottery production has been documented in the heart of the fortified city. The characterization of the fabric groups and the morphological analysis of the pottery remains collected among the material used to fill the firing structure permit us for the first time to sketch a profile of local production in the Lower Middle-Ages.
