Inhabitées, elles ont toujours été sous notre souveraineté et constituent un enjeu stratégique face à des convoitises souvent hypocritement argumentées. Il est donc nécessaire de préserver ces territoires sous le pavillon national.

They are uninhabited and have always been under our sovereignty, and today represent a significant strategic stake in the context of often hypocritically-argued covetousness. We must, therefore, retain these territories under the national flag.
