520			_aCette recherche propose de se pencher sur le cas d’une pharmacie de centre commercial qui s’est structurée pour maintenir son niveau de rentabilité dans un contexte de plus en plus difficile. La question de la structuration de l’entreprise est abordée en revenant sur ses stades de croissance au regard de la théorie des seuils et en mobilisant les variables de constitution des structures. Une analyse longitudinale de l’officine a permis de suivre les modifications organisationnelles et managériales opérées sur cinq années d’existence à la suite d’un changement d’implantation et d’observer les différents stades franchis.
520			_aThis research studies the case of a shopping centre pharmacy which has been structured in order to maintain its profitability level in a more and more difficult context. We approach the issue of structure by focusing on the company’s growth key milestones through the lenses of the theory of thresholds and calling up the structures constitution variables. A longitudinal analysis of the pharmacy allowed to follow the organizational and managerial changes carried out over 5 years after a location change and to observe the various stages completed.
520			_aEsta investigación se propone examinar el caso de una farmacia, ubicada en un centro comercial, que se ha estructurado para mantener su nivel de rentabilidad frente a un contexto cada vez más difícil. La cuestión de la estructura de la empresa está enfocada a analizar sus etapas de crecimiento, bajo la teoría de los umbrales, movilizando las variables de constitución de estructuras. Un análisis longitudinal de la farmacia ha rastreado los cambios organizacionales y gerenciales realizados a lo largo de cinco años de existencia como resultado de un cambio en la ubicación y ha permitido observar las diferentes etapas cruzadas.
