520			_aAlors que les enquêtes sur le comportement hors travail des gens du public et des gens du privé mettaient en évidence de grandes différences, les données sur le travail au quotidien apportées par l’enquête Changement organisationnel et informatisation mettent d’abord en avant la convergence entre le public et le privé en moyenne. Des différences apparaissent cependant : un niveau de contrôle moins élevé et un degré d’exposition direct au public plus fort dans l’administration que dans le privé.
520			_aThe similarities and differences between public and private sector employment While research shows that people from the public and private sectors behave very differently when not at work, data on day-to-day work provided by the survey entitled Changement organisationnel et informatisation (organisational change and computerisation) mainly emphasise the convergence of the public and private sectors. However, there are some differences : in the civil service there is a lower level of control and less direct exposure to the public in comparison to the private sector.
