Dans la dynamique managériale, ces deux dimensions inhérentes à l’humain, lorsqu’elles entrent en dialogue, ouvrent la voie à un décentrement de soi pour se recevoir des autres, au sein d’un tissu de relations toujours plus authentiquement humaines. Rempart à l’instrumentalisation spirituelle, à la toute-puissance et à l’illusion de soi, nous soutenons que leur interaction offre au dirigeant qui y consent, un levier de créativité et d’innovation sociale.

Paradoxically, this spiritual dimension intersects with a renewed vision of vulnerability, which has emerged in recent years as an essential element of ethical reflection. Both dimensions are integral aspects of human experience; when they enter into dialogue in the managerial process, they open the way to a decentring of the self in order to receive others within a fabric of relationships that are ever more authentically human. As a bulwark against spiritual instrumentalization, feelings of omnipotence, and self-delusion, the interaction of these two dimensions offer to the manager who accepts them a source of creativity and social innovation.
