Si sa mise en œuvre a été perturbée par une succession d’événements qui ont entraîné un infléchissement de la démarche, elle n’en devrait pas moins contribuer à faire évoluer le modèle français d’État.

The “public transformation” policy aimed to promote a “closer, simpler, more efficient State”. Although its implementation has been affected by a succession of events that have led to its reorientation, this policy should nonetheless contribute to the evolution of the French public administration model.
