| 520 | _aThis article discusses the adoption of a new production technology for industrial use by an aerospace manufacturer. We use the TOE-TAM framework to identify the changes brought about by the adoption of AM, both within the manufacturing company itself and among the actors in its ecosystem. The results of a case study (interviews and observations) carried out over a period of four years shed light on the changes required (internal and external to the company) for an effective industrial adoption of AM, the various risks associated with AM that are still poorly highlighted, and the co-construction of a common and integrative culture oriented toward technological innovation. | ||
