520			_aLe fonctionnement des marchés repose sur l’existence d’un intérêt matériel, une passion raisonnable et modérée, distinguée des passions insatiables et potentiellement dommageables. Cet intérêt n’est pas une donnée de la nature mais une construction sociale, que cet article se propose d’étudier en examinant comment une telle construction a eu lieu dans le cadre de la création du marché des jeux d’argent en ligne, mais aussi pourquoi elle a échoué dans le cas des organes humains à fin de transplantation. En conclusion, l’article propose d’étudier les dispositifs de marché rendant possible la commercialisation marchande de biens dont le statut de marchandise fait l’objet d’une contestation morale.

Market operation is based on the existence of material interests and reasonable, moderate passions rather than insatiable, potentially harmful ones. Interest is not a natural given but a social construct. We examine how interest was constructed through the creation of an online gambling market and why comparable construction failed in the case of human organs for transplant purposes. We study the market arrangements that make it possible to sell goods whose commodity status is contested on moral grounds.

Este interés no es un regalo de la naturaleza sino una construcción social que este artículo se propone estudiar examinando de qué manera esta construcción se a efectuado en el campo de la creación del mercado de los juegos de dinero en línea, pero también por qué a fracasado en el caso de los órganos humanos para los trasplantes. En conclusión, el artículo se propone estudiar los dispositivos del mercado que hace posible la comercialización mercantil de los bienes a los cuales el estatuto de mercancía los vuelve el objeto de un conflicto moral.
520			_aDie Arbeitsweise der Märkte stützt sich auf das Vorhandensein von einem materiellen Interesse, eine vernünftige und mäßige Leidenschaft im Unterschied zu den unersättlichen und potentiell schädlichen Leidenschaften. Dieses Interesse ist keine natürliche Gegebenheit sondern eine soziale Konstruktion, die dieser Aufsatz bearbeiten möchte, indem er prüft, wie eine solche Konstruktion im Rahmen der Einrichtung des Markts der Internet Geldspiele eingeführt wurde, aber auch wie diese Konstruktion fehlgeschlagen im Falle der menschlichen Organverpflanzung. Zum Abschluß möchte der Artikel die Marktgegebenheiten untersuchen, mit denen der Handel für Güter möglich wird, deren Status als Ware moralisch umstritten ist.
