520			_aEn m’appuyant sur des vignettes cliniques, je présente différentes facettes de la souffrance psychique profonde comme l’angoisse de l’extermination, la phobie catastrophique, la culpabilité excessive, la dégradation morale (introjection inconsciente du personnage de collaborateur-dénonciateur), les traumatismes dus à une domination du principe de réalité sur le principe de plaisir, l’annihilation du respect humain, le syndrome de victime du système. Ces aspects opèrent aussi bien dans la destinée des patients que dans celle de l’analyste.
520			_aDrawing on clinical vignettes, I present different facets of deep psychic suffering such as fear of extermination, catastrophic phobia, excessive guilt, moral degradation (unconscious introjection of the character of collaborator-whistleblower), traumas due to a domination of the reality principle over the pleasure principle, the annihilation of human respect and the syndrome of being a victim of the system. These aspects operate in the destiny of the patient as well as that of the analyst.
