| 520 | _aLa «décolonisation» de l’histoire du fascisme en Libye semble avoir été plus longue qu’ailleurs, ne permettant l’émergence d’un débat scientifique qu’au cours des années 1980,sur la violence coloniale et les responsabilités. Ces polémiques ont laissé place aujourd’hui à une histoire qui peine à s’affirmer institutionnellement.Pourtant nombre de questions incitent à réévaluer le poids des difficultés économiques et des tensions sociales locales,contre l’idée d’un fascisme imposé d’en haut. Le PNF apparaît ainsi comme l’instrument de réaffirmation du pouvoir colonial hors des cadres juridiques. Mais il fut aussi envisagé comme le vecteur d’une nouvelle politique méditerranéenne devant «unifier» Italiens et musulmans lorsque se pose la question raciale.Jusqu’où dès lors fasciser la société coloniale? Comment concilier les organisations fascistes pour les colonisés et l’inégalité croissante entre Libyens et Italiens? | ||

How to reconcile the development of fascist organisations for natives on the one hand and the growing inequality between Libyans and Italians on the other? | ||
