La parole citoyenne protégée, surveillée, permet l’affirmation de formes reconnues d’éco-citoyenneté. La complexité techniquement admise risque d’être parfois politiquement rébarbative. L’encadrement du dialogue environnemental reste strict et la démocratie environnementale s’en trouve parfois limitée. | ||
