On peut être mal logé ou résider dans un environnement source de risques sanitaires. L’habitat humain peut lui-même être polluant et un facteur influant du point de vue sanitaire. L’obligation d’information environnementale devrait permettre à l’occupant d’exercer son droit à vivre dans un environnement sain. Pourtant, l’analyse des pratiques révèle les failles nombreuses des procédés d’information juridique relatives aux questions sanitaires. Ce constat conduit à proposer d’autres méthodes d’information sur le logement, plus exhaustives et bénéficiant à tous. | ||

The duty to provide environmental information should enable the occupant to exercise his right to live in a healthy environment. However, an analysis of practices reveals many shortcomings in the legal information procedures relating to health issues. This observation leads us to propose other methods of information on housing, which are more exhaustive and benefiting everyone. | ||
