It then investigates the first three “theoretical positions” (relationship of sexuality to society, necessity of intervention of a third party to make a child of a fœtus, relationship of the family to society) in order to formulate certain remarks about the articulation between anthropology and bioethics, as well as on the regulation of the new possibilities for procreation offered by biomedical techniques.
