En général, ils jugent que la réforme a apporté des améliorations. Parmi celles-ci le mandat de protection future qui permet à toute personne d’anticiper sa protection ou celle de son enfant handicapé. Ce mandat est une véritable nouveauté et il est ici développé le plus largement possible pour que chacun puisse s’en saisir. Sans oublier pour autant que la gestion n’est qu’un aspect de la vie et qu’elle ne dispense pas de la relation et de la reconnaissance.
