| 520 | _aLa construction des discours vocationnels, mettant en jeu des croyances, opère principalement par trois registres de socialisation : la trajectoire biographique, la formation et les organisations du travail. Ces trois registres s’entrecroisent et donnent source à différentes formes de justification et d’ancrage à ces discours. L’engagement est fort dans le métier lorsqu’il y a convergence dans les relais biographique, professionnel et organisationnel. Or, actuellement, il y aurait un signe de reconfiguration des ressorts des modes d’implication. Les différents discours vocationnels sont plus liés à des raisons biographiques ou à des personnalités marquantes. Les référentiels politiques, organisationnels ou sociaux apparaissent peu explicitement pour justifier l’action. | ||
