| 520 | _aDepuis quelques années, les pouvoirs publics déploient une « Méthode d’action pour l’intégration des services d’aide et de soins dans le champ de l’autonomie » (MAIA). Il s’agit d’un modèle organisationnel souple, reposant sur une variété d’outils managériaux adossés à des savoirs de gestion. Sa mise en œuvre territoriale est confiée à des « pilotes » spécifiquement recrutés pour porter l’intégration, qui travaillent à formaliser les missions des professionnels, simplifier les organisations et optimiser la régulation publique. En procédant à l’analyse du positionnement singulier de ces pilotes et des différentes facettes du travail d’intégration qu’ils accomplissent, cet article met au jour l’émergence de nouveaux professionnels de la transversalité, qui œuvrent à la rationalisation de l’organisation des services offerts aux usagers par l’exercice d’un pouvoir d’influence plus que de coercition. | ||
