520			_aAprès un bref résumé de la santé mentale depuis l’époque pré-colombienne jusqu’au début du XXe siècle, on envisage les complexes rapports entre la psychiatrie et la psychanalyse qui coïncident avec les fréquentes contradictions sur le plan social, politique et économique. Ce complexe rapport a persisté au cours de nombreuses décades jusqu’à nos jours avec différentes caractéristiques.
