| 520 | _aRÉSUMÉ Cet article porte sur une phase critique de la conception d’un système technique : sa diffusion, et plus particulièrement sa re-conception dans l’activité des opérateurs. Partant d’un modèle de l’appropriation (qu’on présente dans l’article), on centre la focale sur la dynamique des échanges, entre concepteurs et opérateurs, autour d’ébauches multiples de l’objet en cours de conception. Qu’est-ce qui se développe à l’interface de communautés interagissant l’une sur l’autre, et quel est le cadre que peut mettre en place l’intervenant pour y contribuer ? On propose une interprétation en termes d’apprentissages mutuels entre des mondes professionnels hétérogènes, qu’il faut articuler au travers de la construction d’un monde commun. Et à partir d’un cas, on propose de distinguer trois plans du développement des activités. | ||
| 520 | _aTHE ROLE OF INNOVATION AND SOCIOCOGNITIVE CONTEXT IN WORKER-DESIGNER INTERACTIONS : A DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH This paper is focused on innovation, understand as a critical step of the design process : the implementation of an artifact, and its re-design in work practices. Based on a model of « appropriation » (presented in the article), the article focused on exchanges between designers and workers, interacting around multiple outlines of the object during its design. What develops at the border, between different communities interacting one on the other, and to what extent an interventionist can contribute to this process ? It is proposed an interpretation in terms of mutual trainings between heterogeneous « professional worlds », to articulate through the development of a « common world ». Based on a case, it is proposed to distinguish three levels for grasping the development of activities. | ||
