Concernant la prise en charge des troubles psychiques post-traumatiques le service de santé des armées a mis en place toute une organisation de soin au plus près de l’événement traumatisant jusqu’à la réhabilitation du blessé psychique en coordination avec les armées. Le soignant militaire doit, dans sa pratique, prendre en considération le patient dans la singularité de sa subjectivité, le milieu dans lequel il travaille, et les liens qu’entretient le militaire souffrant avec ses groupes d’appartenance. Si un événement traumatisant sévère bouleverse l’intimité psychique du Sujet, il interroge aussi le militaire sur la place de l’institution dans son équilibre psychique. | ||
