520			_aLe blasphème et l’hérésie ont en commun de constituer une transgression, le premier du nom de Dieu, la seconde des vérités institutionnalisées. L’hérésie soulève deux problèmes. D’une part, en tant qu’attaque aux dogmes, elle met en cause la communauté ecclésiale dont les fondements sont menacés. Le problème de la fondation et de la cohésion de la société, loin d’appartenir uniquement à l’univers religieux, concerne tous les systèmes sociaux : états, organisations, groupes. D’autre part, l’hérésie met en avant le besoin incompressible de l’hérétique de s’exposer en proclamant sa vérité. Héros et porte-parole d’une culture et d’une mentalité, l’hérétique est une figure emblématique de l’altérité qui fait appel au désir de construire subjectivement la réalité, en brisant les limites instituées.
