520			_aAccompagner des agriculteurs vers une agriculture basée sur l’utilisation des régulations internes à l’agro-système est une nouvelle mission des conseillers bouscule leur pratique antécédente, mais aussi leur identité et leurs connaissances. Une intervention didactique a été engagée, pour mettre l’expérience des conseillers en travail, et les aider à faire face à ce qu’ils perçoivent comme des perturbations pour leur activité en tenant un double objectif : organiser l’intervention didactique pour qu’elle crée un mouvement « en miroir » de situations de conseil agricole tout en donnant les moyens aux conseillers de construire les bases d’une pratique recomposée. Les résultats portent sur le dispositif d’expression de l’expérience qui constitue une étape de cette intervention didactique. Nous montrons que ce dispositif produit un déplacement de la préoccupation des participants du comment faire au comment être conseiller en production intégrée. Nous mettons en évidence comment ce déplacement s’accompagne de nouvelles théorisations autour de l’activité de conseil. Nous soulignons, enfin, l’importance d’un étayage par l’institution de cette profonde mutation de leur métier.
520			_aAgricultural advisors are challenged in their current practices, knowledge and identity as they have to accompany farmers in developing new farming practices such as integrated farming. We started a training intervention which aims at investigating advisors’ experience in order to help the advisors to deal with what they understand as disruptions in their own activity. Our work had two goals: one was to organise the intervention so that it offers the advisors the opportunity to get a mirroring effect about their work situations; the other was to give them resources which support them in reconstructing their own practice. We first present the arrangement we designed to support advisors in telling and shaping their experience. We then show how this arrangement operates and support the advisors in moving from a preoccupation centred on “how to do integrated farming advice” to one on “how to act as an integrated farming advisor”. We also highlight some of the new conceptualisations which were developed during the training intervention. Last but not least, we underline the key role of the advisors’ institution has to play to accompany this deep change in advisors’ job.
