Cet article rend compte d’une ingénierie de projet d’insertion à caractère expérimental qui est déployée dans le Sud de la France. L’analyse de données mixtes à partir de l’approche par les capabilités et la théorie sociale cognitive de Bandura se focalise sur la substitution du caractère psychologisant de l’accompagnement vers l’emploi par celui plus développemental du projet expérimental. Ce dernier renforce les facteurs d’opportunité créés avec des entreprises partenaires et confère un caractère plus capacitant à l’environnement de retour vers l’emploi au sein du territoire concerné.
520			_aThe literature in this field documents an integration of negative stereotypes among unemployed seniors that limits their ability to find a job. Furthermore, the psychologisation of integration policies and the failure to consider the organisational and environmental factors of the labor market frequently weigh down the effectiveness of the schemes from which they benefit. This article reports on an experimental integration project engineering that is deployed in the South of France. The analysis of mixed data based on the capabilities approach and Bandura’s social cognitive theory focuses on the substitution of the psychologising character of the support towards employment by the more developmental character of the experimental project. The latter reinforces the opportunity factors created with partner companies and confers a more enabling environment for return to employment within the territory concerned.
