520			_aHemorrhagic cholecystitis is a rare life threatening disease therefore early diagnosis and treatment are crucial. Here is a case of spontaneous hemorrhagic cholecystitis in a patient under antiplatelet therapy. Enhanced CT scan was contraindicated due to renal insufficiency. An unenhanced CT scan was performed showing a distended gallbladder with hyperdense content. Contrast ultrasound aided the diagnosis by showing the lack of parietal enhancement of the gallbladder fundus, suggesting rupture. The patient was treated surgically without early complications.
520			_aLa cholécystite hémorragique est une pathologie rare pouvant engager le pronostic vital en cas de retards diagnostique et thérapeutique. Nous présentons un cas de cholécystite hémorragique compliquée de perforation vésiculaire survenue chez un patient sous antiagrégants plaquettaires. Le diagnostic a pu être évoqué sur les données de l’échographie de contraste et du scanner, conduisant à une prise en charge chirurgicale en urgence, avec des suites opératoires simples.
