| 520 | _aHere we report an unusual presentation of a male patient who presented with Covid-19 viral pneumonia and developped acute limb ischemia in the right lower extremity, which required endovascular revascularization, but who finally died from severe disseminated organ dysfunction. Thrombotic complications seem to emerge as an important issue in patients with Covid-19. Recent publications have highlighted a coagulation disorder in severely diseased patients responsible for a hypercoagulable state. We discuss the biological mecanisms involved in the occurrence of the coagulopathy linked to the SARS-CoV-2. | ||
