520			_aRésumé Le terme est censé avoir des relations univoques avec le concept qui lui sert de contrepartie. Aussi, le terme est-il en principe monosémique mais aussi monoréférentiel. Or, ces deux dernières notions se trouvent altérées quand le terme est emprunté aux mots de la langue qui sont par définition polysémiques. Cette polysémie prendrait origine dans les deux sources du vague linguistique, le flou et l’approximation. C’est en analysant des unités mono- et polylexicales appartenant au domaine des droits de l’homme que nous essayons d’illustrer ce phénomène.
520			_aA term is supposed to have a univocal relation with a concept. It is characterized by its monosemy and its monoreferentiality. However, these last two notions are distorted when the term is taken from the lexicon of general language, where the lexical units are naturally polysemic. The reasons for this polysemy are to be found in the two sources of linguistic vagueness : blurring and approximation. It is by analyzing mono- and polylexical units belonging to the field of human rights that we will try to illustrate this phenomenon.
