Organizational resilience in times of Covid 19: the case of a Decentralized Financial System

It is supported by: the existence of several forms of capital (technological, financial, human, relational, and social), the particularity of the target, the diversification towards agricultural activity. The contribution of this research is related to contingent aspects concerning the regulatory framework, the mutualist nature, the network model and a specific target.
