Parental determinism in declared practices of educators in day care

What forms do parent-professional relationships take today?This article questions the parental determinism (Furedi, 2002) in the declared practices of educators in day care through exploratory research based on empirical investigation work. The results show that a minority of professionals hold parents responsible for their child’s behavior.
