RésuméLes manifestations psychotiques à l’adolescence peuvent présenter un aspect défensif face à la maladie psychotique, un breakdown (Laufer M. et M. E.). Fanny a présenté une activité délirante et hallucinatoire ; ses symptômes ont disparu après deux années de psychothérapie. La technique psychothérapique doit suivre un fil rouge : la conviction que le délirant et l’hallucinatoire appartiennent au monde interne du patient et s’intègrent au récit qu’il fait de lui-même ; le fil associatif de la séance permet de suggérer au patient le rapatriement dans son espace psychique des éléments psychotiques. Une mise au « monde », identité qui se crée, par le psychotique.

Fany a presentado una actividad delirante y de alucinación. Sus sintomas desaparecieron después de dos años de psicoterapia.La técnica psicoterapéutica debe seguir un hilo condutor : La convicción que lo delirante y la alucinación pertenecen al mundo interno del paciente y que se integra al discuros que el hace de sí mismo. El hilo conductor de la entrevista permite de sugerir al paciente el repatriamiento de los elementos psicóticos al interior de su espacio psíquico. Un nacimiento, una identitad que se crea así por medio de lo psicótico.
