Sustainable food and the conditions of its accessibility to all constitute a real field of learning and contemporary experimentation. Based on the participation of a social work training institution in an action-research project, the various stakeholders were asked to consider the issues and citizen practices of this common question and to reflect on new perspectives of collective social intervention.
