Psychotherapy with migrants who do not speak the official language not only questions the well-known postulates and approaches of psychotherapy, but it also presents an opportunity to take an original and revolutionary stance once it includes the presence of an interpreter. They have since been called upon to define their roles and functions since the notion of community interpreter is clearly emerging and that their presence is perpetually being put to the test. This paper reveals the emergence of a new figure in caring for migrants, especially those who speak a foreign language.
