| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes pleurs d’un bébé peuvent être fréquents, révélant divers « manques » que sont la faim, la soif, le sommeil, le contact corporel, etc. D’autres fois, ils traduisent des « trop plein » liés aux stimulations excessives ou à une suralimentation responsable d’inconfort voire de douleur en raison d’un reflux gastro-œsophagien ou d’une œsophagite.Si des échelles permettent aujourd’hui d’évaluer l’intensité de la douleur du nourrisson, il revient aux professionnels de la santé, par un dialogue, un interrogatoire minutieux des parents, un examen rigoureux du bébé, d’avoir un diagnostic et de ne pas méconnaître certaines étiologies rares.Le dépistage d’une suralimentation à l’origine des troubles de l’enfant doit inciter pédiatres et/ou puéricultrices à apporter une réponse, certes sur les apports alimentaires recommandés évitant ainsi tout excès mais il est indispensable, au-delà de la pathologie induite, même sans gravité, de repérer les troubles précoces d’un dysfonctionnement père-mère-enfant afin de proposer une offre de soins juste et adaptée. |
