| Summary, etc. | Cette étude socio-anthropologique marque l’intérêt pour le loisir et le bien-être, et plus particulièrement celui des femmes. Les femmes pratiquent le fitness en fonction de facteurs différents plus ou moins visibles et identifiables. Les différents mouvements féministes prônent une libéralisation et autonomisation de la femme. Malgré cette soit-disant libéralisation, la femme reste, semble-t-il, sous l’emprise d’injonctions, de normes esthétique, de paraître. Au nom de l’esthétique et de la séduction, elle se projette à travers le regard des hommes. Les « canons » de beauté fortement prescrits, par les médias les obligent à rentrer dans un processus de construction identitaire complexe et influencent ainsi leurs pratiques. Même si l’on sait que les normes corporelles d’aujourd’hui sont illusionnistes, le mécanisme d’identification aux critères de la beauté est prédominant dans la construction identitaire des femmes. |
