| Summary, etc. | La naissance de la sécurité sociale à la Libération n’a donné lieu dans la presse écrite qu’à une couverture relativement faible étant donné le bouleversement dont l’institution était porteuse et son rôle social majeur. Elle a fait l’objet en outre, dans la presse d’opinion en particulier, d’une tentative d’accaparement au service de la défense d’intérêts acquis et de choix idéologiques. Un tel déficit de couverture et une telle instrumentalisation expliquent sa difficulté à se constituer en problème social dont l’opinion publique aurait pris la mesure et qu’elle aurait pu faire sien. |
