| Summary, etc. | Résumé Dans certains passages à l’acte criminels, il s’agit d’une transgression perverse de la loi ; mais dans de nombreux autres cas, où l’auteur de l’acte est psychotique, il agit au nom d’une mission idéale ou bien parce qu’il s’identifie à un objet pulsionnel qui concentre l’enjeu de son existence. Dans ce dernier cas, le sujet ne peut absolument pas assumer son acte, sauf dans un temps parfois très long après celui-ci, et les notions de responsabilité et de châtiment deviennent de ce fait extrêmement problématiques. |
