S’appuyant sur tout un apparat conceptuel et technique mis en place par des agences onusiennes (l’ unicef particulièrement), des ong humanitaires et le cicr, la malnutrition devient un champ d’action majeur.Cependant, dans un monde où près d’un milliard de personnes demeurent aujourd’hui victimes de sous-nutrition, un certain nombre de questions se posent désormais sous un angle nouveau, comme l’ont montré – par exemple – les divergences d’analyses pour qualifier la situation au Niger en 2005 ou le départ forcé de msf- f de ce pays à l’automne 2008 – avant son retour en 2010. |
