Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article présente une revue de littérature internationale portant sur l’expérience des apprenants dans des dispositifs d’e-formation. 43 publications ont été étudiées. Leurs résultats ont été organisés selon cinq thèmes : a) l’usage des technologies ; b) l’organisation de l’activité d’étude ; c) la médiatisation des interactions ; d) la collaboration dans des e-communautés, e) le lien entre interactions en ligne et apprentissage. Ils montrent l’importance d’aspects peu pris en compte dans les dispositifs d’e-formation : l’autonomie réelle des apprenants, la dimension temporelle dans leur activité d’étude et les interactions, les limites des interactions asynchrones. |

Summary, etc. | This paper presents a review of international literature on learners’ actual e-learning experience(s). 43 research papers have been reviewed. Their findings have been organised according to five themes: a) use of technology; b) organisation of study activity; c) influences of Internet media on pedagogical and social interactions ; d) collaboration within e-communities; e) link between online interaction and learning. They reveal the importance of a number of aspects (parameters) which are not very much taken into account in the design of e-learning-based training systems: the degree and quality of actual learner autonomy, the temporal dimension as it affects study activity and interactions, and lastly, the limitations of asynchronous interactions. |

Summary, etc. | ResumenEste artículo presenta una revisión de la literatura internacional sobre el tema de la experiencia de los aprendices en los programas de e-learning. 43 publicaciones fueron organizadas segun 5 temas : a) el uso de las teconologías, b) la organización de la actividad de estudio, c) la mediación de las interacciones, d) la colaboración entre las e-comunidades, e) la relación entre las interacciones en linea y el aprendizaje. Los resultados muestran la importancia de ciertos aspectos que no son muy tenidos en cuenta en los programas de e-learning : la autonomía real de los aprendices, la dimensión temporal dentro de la actividad de estudio y de las interacciones, los límites de las interacciones asincrónicas. |
